Bunny
For work you will need:
– 50m acrylic yarn in 250 or 225 grams (I have “Acacia” and “Children’s whim” (the main color is white,
the rest is your choice).
– hook number 1 (but you can take number 1,5 if it is difficult to knit for small ones).
– a toy filler of your choice.
– two black beads for eyes with a diameter of 4-6 mm.
– pink and black cotton yarn for embroidery spout, mouth and eyebrows.
– pieces of fabric according to the color of the bunny dress (for the ears).
– kapron thread for sewing limbs.
– decorative elements of your choice.
The size of the toy from the specified yarn is 20-22cm along with the ears. If you take the yarn thicker, then
the size of the toy will vary significantly.
There will be no photos of the process !!!
I don’t knit my toys in a spiral – each row in me begins with an air loop of lifting and
ends with a connecting column. So the details are smoother and no need
use an offset loop.
Knitting requires a hook significantly smaller than that indicated on the label for the yarn. it
will avoid the friability of the canvas and the transmission of filler through it.
As a filler, I use synthetic winterizer and synthetic winterizer. And for one toy I can use
both fillers at once. This is due to the fact that toys stuffed with sintepuh cannot hold weights due to short fibers.
In this toy, SINTEPON is used as a filler.
The difficulty level is easy.

Assembly parts
All our parts are ready. We collect them. Designate places for the arms and legs, I use for this
13 cm needle. Sew handles and legs using a long needle. And the arms and legs
sewn with one thread.
Please note that the figure shows only one thread stroke. The moves should be like
minimum 3. Fastening of the limbs is carried out with kapron thread, the thread must enter and exit
the torso of the toy in the same hole (otherwise the limbs will not move).
You can fix the thread as you prefer. I usually make a knot in the place of sewing on one of the legs.
Tighten stronger, as over time the thread will still grow and weaken – because of this
the toy may lose stability (if it was standing) and appearance. We look at the picture. On the first
one thread is shown, on the second everything. At the first two moves, the thread in the lower abdomen of the toy is not displayed –
immediately stick the needle through the body into the leg.
With each stroke of the thread – tighten harder.
